Time has been passing by so quickly these days ... preparing for baby, looking for jobs, fundraising, travel preparations (6 shots yesterday!), playing in the sun, 4th of July getaway, etc. It is hard to believe that our court date is tomorrow. The last few hours, I haven't been able to stop thinking that while we are sleeping tonight, that beatiful little girl in that white metal crib, will legally become our daughter. Ethiopia is 10 hours ahead, so their courts are just now opening and getting started with their cases for the day. We won't know the moment it all takes place, (and we actually won't even be notified until Monday whether or not we passed), but what a special moment. Wish we could be there to watch it unfold--and then run and hug and kiss her!
My heart is hurting for her this week ... wanting her to know we are coming for her.
