Monday, August 3, 2009, 10:15am & 1:30pm

We are currently sitting on a place, headed back to Addis. Our flight changed two times, and then was an hour late ... definitely have to roll with the punches here. We just touched down in Lalibella, a very small town, for a quick (hopefully) stop to drop off some passengers. Soon we'll be back on our way. We are axiously awaiting our return to Addis because we will be getting Esther permanently this time! We've really missed her smiling face. We will just lay low for the next several days before we fly back home and spend the time bonding with her. I think we only have one other thing scheduled for tomorrow. We've been working to arrange a visit to AHOPE orphanage in Addis for HIV+ children.

We are back up in th e air ... they know how to do a quick turn-around. We were only on the ground about 15 minutes. We have about an hour flight back to Addis Ababa. If I didn't feel like I was going to die every time I stepped on a place, I would actually like flying. It is so beautiful up here. Africa is so much more green than I had imagined in my head.

... we have arrived safely back to Addis. An hour and a half they will bring Esther back to us!
